This Privacy Policy applies to all Kiwee products, including our website (https://kiwee.space) and mobile applications (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Kiwee Intelligence Inc (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Personal information we collect:
Website: When you visit the Kiwee, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the installed cookies on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.” Moreover, we might collect the personal data you provide to us (including but not limited to Name, Surname, Address, payment information, etc.) during registration to be able to fulfill the agreement.
Mobile Apps: The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Additionally, to enhance user experience and improve our services, we track app feature usage, including how users interact with different functionalities within the app. This helps us refine our offerings and optimize the experience based on user behaviour.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email, userId, username. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
Why do we process your data?
Our top priority is customer data security, and, as such, we may process only minimal user data, only as much as it is absolutely necessary to maintain the website. Information collected automatically is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding website usage. Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network

Our website may contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by us. Please be aware that we are not responsible for such other websites or third parties' privacy practices. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our website and read the privacy statements of each website that may collect personal information.
Information Security:
We secure information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We keep reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification, and personal data disclosure in its control and custody. However, no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed.

Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at info@kiwee.space and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Users can delete their account, meal plan, and recipes through two methods:
Within the mobile app: Full deletion of account, meal plan, and recipes
Online at http://167.88.44.57:8123/delete-account: Deletion of account and meal plan only (recipes cannot be deleted)
All account deletion requests will be processed immediately and cannot be undone.
Content Sharing and Social Media
When users submit and publish a recipe, they agree that their recipes and photos may be featured on Kiwee's official social media channels.
Additionally, when a user joins a family group in the app, they agree that their recipes, meal plans, and collections will be automatically shared with all family members. This includes private recipes, even if they are not publicly published within the Kiwee community. Family members will have permission to view these shared items to facilitate collaborative meal planning and organization.
User Information and Privacy
User email and username are used solely for:
Authentication
Basic app functionalities
User information will not be sent to third parties
Content Moderation
Kiwee makes its best effort to filter out harmful information, including:
Inappropriate recipe text
Inappropriate photos
However, Kiwee cannot guarantee that all published content will be completely safe or appropriate.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (info@kiwee.space) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
